We operate a portable sawmill capable of milling logs up to 30 inches in diameter and 16 feet long. We also have a chainsaw mill that can mill logs up to 60 inches in diameter.
Kiln
We operate a vacuum kiln that can hold approximately 1,500 - 2,000 board feet of lumber. All of our wood is dried to 6% - 8% moisture content and a sustained temperature of at least 140 degrees for a minimum of 48 hours to assure there are no bugs. We air dry our wood as much as possible prior to going into the kiln in our air drying shed.
